The objective of this course is to provide training to all company associates for the new URLA.  This course was developed using Articulate 360 (Rise), which has several different applications that can combined.  This course is filled with several modes of interactive exercises such as branching activities and collaborations.  This course is accessible online.

This e-learning was created using Adobe Captivate.  The Call Center experienced multiple call backs because the associates were not familiar with closing documents that related to tax payments.  The intent of the course was to provide just in time training (JITT) to Call Center Associates who talked directly to homeowners regarding tax payments for newly closed loans.  The training had to provide quick and precise information that would familiarize the associates with the closing document that pertained to tax payments.  Scenario base testing was provided at the end of the lesson to ensure the associates could apply the information learned.
